Norah B

Lead Vocals, Backup Vocals

Norah B, a senior at Ladue Horton Watkins High School, is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist whose musical journey began on guitar in third grade. She later explored saxophone before discovering her true passion for percussion in seventh grade. Since then, Norah has performed with ensembles such as the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra, Town & Country Symphony, and the Young People’s Symphonic Orchestra.

A decorated musician, Norah has earned All-State and All-Suburban honors in both percussion and choir, and was a concerto competition winner at the Community Music School of Webster University, where she studied under Michael Faris. Her summers have included advanced training at the Juilliard Summer Percussion Seminar and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute.

As the newest member of Raised on Radio, Norah brings powerhouse vocals and a commanding stage presence that add fresh energy and dynamic harmony to every performance. Also a songwriter and pianist, she released her debut album Princess in 2024 and continues to inspire audiences with her talent, versatility, and love of music.

Rachel Schrage

Lead Vocals, Backup Vocals

Rachel Schrage has loved music since she was born.  Though her musical talents include proficiency in piano and violin, her voice is her instrument of choice.  She began performing on stage at age eight, expanding her talent in musical theatre. She comes from a long line of musicians, including her Battle of the Dad Bands-winning father, and loves to follow in her dad’s footsteps. With a wide range and a variety of vocal styles, she brings layers to the lyrics while the band rocks out.

Sam Wilson

Bass Guitar

Sam Wilson began bass lessons at School of Rock when she was only eight years old, and has loved to play bass ever since. She has loved all music from the time she could listen to it, but took a special shine to classic rock, and by kindergarten was rocking out to The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd among others. While she also plays cello in outside orchestras, Raised on Radio is her true passion. Her unique sound brings a new twist to the classics with jazz and progressive influences, due to her training with STL jazz virtuoso Nick Ayala. She is overjoyed to be in this band and bring back the 70’s and more with her bandmates.

She would also like to mention Gracie, the previous bassist of Raised on Radio, and applauded her legacy in this band.

Ty Waldrup

Drums

Ty Waldrop began his musical journey in 2018 at School of Rock in Kirkwood, Missouri, where he met future Raised on Radio bandmates Luke McGinness, Theo Wickersham, and Sam Wilson. After performing together in various music school groups and at Summerfest in Milwaukee, their chemistry on stage quickly stood out.

Drawing inspiration from the KSHE 95 rock legends he grew up listening to, Ty’s powerful playing, creative fills, and dynamic stage presence bring the band’s performances to life. A music major on scholarship, Ty is a skilled percussionist on drum kit, marimba, timpani, and more. His influences range from Rush’s Neil Peart to Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins, pushing him to continually raise the bar.

When not performing with Raised on Radio, Ty can be found studying music production or cheering on the St. Louis Blues—always keeping the beat going on and off the stage.
